First journey of the step

So Eliza-Jane and I woke up early, which means Steph got up even earlier, in order to catch our train south. We were very lucky to have a section of seats that faced each other all to ourselves. This gave EJ lots of room to move about and play while we travelled.
We watched an episode of Dr. Who, with Tom Baker playing The Doctor (my favorite Doctor!) while we ate a brekkie of apple and spice cake. The she wanted to meet and greet all her fellow travellors before the tired little tike fell asleep around Wilmington, Del.
We arrived in Aberdeen and were met by G/GM and Pap Pap, who drove us to the county courthouse where I could pick up the marriage license.
