sick little boy

a violent rainbow hurled through space
ends in the toilet, after leaving the face
of a tiny feverish, child who is aching
bundled in blankets, pity heart breaking
someone helpful to watch over him, for now
sleep, rest, I drop sister at school somehow
later, i must consider the way her to fetch
someone nearby to stand and him to catch
